Does the baby camera monitor need to be connected to Wi-Fi?

No Wi-Fi needed for monitoring on the display. When remotely monitoring via the smartphone app, the phone need to connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi when connecting to the camera for the first time. (Doesn’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi).

What should I do before using the baby monitor for the first time?

1.Torn off the protective film on the camera lens before using. 2.Charge the monitor for 24 hours via included Type-C charging cable.

Can the camera be accessed on multiple devices? Can I give access of the camera to my family in another country?

Yes, it can be accessed on multiple devices (unlimited number), only the primary account can share to other devices and set permissions（View Only or Allow Control）. Sharing is only supported to countries in North America.
